I’m going to be putting up some more recipes and meals to give you some hints and tips as to how to make this happen quickly and easily, losing weight doesn’t have to be a drag.
Last year I started a diet, with thanks to the infamous experiment machine that is Tim Ferris (Twitter @tferriss). His slow carb diet was my choice to try to make big changes in my life.
I wanted to lose some weight like so many of us do, I decided to try his diet for 30 days and like Tim I would track my progress to see if it worked.
So last year in 3 months I lost nearly 17kg. towards the end of last year and especially he Christmas period, I put on a few kilos like we all do. And this year I decided to start again.
As from Sunday I started the 4 Hour Body Slow Carb Diet and it’s back on. This year though I decided to post about it a bit more often.
Show casing food, why to eat, how easy it is to cook some of it and how you can easily shift weight with a little discipline and whilst still eating a normal amount of food and not going hungry during the day.
So step one is simple. In the morning, as soon as your up, get downstairs and make a coffee, no sugar, no milk, add some cinnamon if you need it a little sweeter.
Next is make up your breakfast. My usual choice is 2-3 eggs, make it into an omelette. Super easy. However it can get boring, so occasionally mix it up. Grill some bacon and make an interesting salad to go with. Yesterday’s choice was plum tomatoes, avocado, spring onions on the side.
Its really easy to make a difference to your weight and it doesn’t have to be depressing and all grass/lettuce alternatives. Seriously, trust me I’ve done it before and I’m doing it again.
