This is a short one, but I’m almost ashamed to admit that it took me so long to realise (and appreciate) the importance of health. Not just for the obvious health benefits, but the knock on effects it’s had on everything else.
I decided to lose some weight. At the same time, I started talking to a therapist on BetterHelp (highly recommend – much easier than seeing someone in person), which lead to wanting to do exercise, which lead to more exercise. Then meditation, journalling, and a good morning routine. That inspired getting my sleep under control. Which leads me to…
Getting a great night’s sleep, every morning waking up with purpose. completing my morning routine, with exercise included. Then starting my working day feeling more energetic and more in sync with life than I’ve ever done before.
The energy levels are at an all time high, and I’m a firm believer that you get what you give.
I’ve been doing my absolute best for clients, prospects, and anyone that needed help throughout the lockdown period caused by the corona virus pandemic.
But now, I can honestly say, I’m seeing that energy come back to me, ten-fold.
This isn’t to brag, or to boast. It’s just a simple reflection of just how powerful the whole person paradigm (Stephen Covey – 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) really is.
Body, Mind, Heart and Soul!
Whilst there all working at peak performance, the possibilities are LIMITLESS!
Nearly everyday is yet another pleasant surprise, as something comes back from everything that I’m putting out there.
