A blast from the past
Sometimes you just need to take a moment and think back on all the things that you’ve actually accomplished. Some of them not complete "success stories” as such, but accomplishments?

Let's get one thing very clear, yes the Spanish government are trying to tighten the noose at the frontier, and even causing a LOT of problems because of it, but, we are not yet at the level of North Korea, are we?
It's been a long time since my last post on here, but finally I have found some time to actually put "pen to paper", metaphorically admittedly. It's been an exciting year so far, having started with being in the USA for the first 3 months of the year and since being back in Gibraltar, launching our company's new website and relaunching the online television channel for Gibraltar, Your Gibraltar TV.
Not unlike the song by Cindy Lauper, this week saw "just another manic monday", with the exception that it is now Wednesday morning
It’s true, loving what you do makes it so much better. I couldn’t imagine the people that wake up everyday and start to get ready to go to a job that they hate, with people they don’t get on with and having to do something they don’t even enjoy. I’m guessing for most people that’s what work is, not for me, I am one of the lucky ones.
It's the weekend, it's been a beautiful weekend and one hell of a heat wave to go with it. Here in Gibraltar, it's been hot, it's hit 32-38 degrees, but in Sevilla it actually reached 51 degrees... That's just far too hot to be able to function.
I’m very lucky when I think about it. Owning Your Gibraltar TV has allowed me to accomplish things here in Gibraltar that I never would have been able to without the Credos of owning one of Gibraltar’s media outlets. It’s been a pleasure to be able to interview Chief Ministers, Ministers, head of companies and even HMS forces when they are over, either flying planes or sailing ships. I am even lucky enough to be able to say I had dinner with their Royal Highnesses, the Earl and Countess of Wessex!
I thought I would start this new site with a blog article explaining a little bit about what it is I do for a living. I have been described in many ways and as a person I genuinely believe that I am one of the nice guys. Some people disagree... Close friends say “Chris, you’re Marmite, people either love you or hate you... there is no in between”.
